How to add a game library to a Meeplay
Create a library just for your Meeplay: open its advanced settings, choose the games and publish it.

A Meeplay can have its own library, with the games available at that event. This guide adds one to an existing Meeplay, with two games.
- Have the Meeplay app installed and be logged in to your account.
- Manage an organization on Meeplay. If you don't have one yet, follow the How to create your organization guide first.
- Have the Meeplay created: see How to create Meeplays from your organizer account.

Switch to your organization's profile
On the home screen, tap the two arrows button to the right of your name.

Choose your organization
Under Select an organizer, tap your organization's name.

Open the agenda
Tap the calendar on the bottom bar.

Open the Meeplay
In list view, tap the Meeplay you want to add the library to.

Open the menu
On the page, tap the three dots at the top right.

Edit the Meeplay
Tap Edit Meeplay and, in the notice, tap Edit Meeplay again.

Open the library
Scroll down to Advanced settings and tap Game library.

Choose how to add the games
The Loan policy is at the top. You can load the games with a template, the same way as in How to load your club's game library from an Excel template, or one by one: tap Select Library.

Search and add
Tap Search game..., type the game's name and tap the + button. Adjust the copies on its page and tap Save changes.

Check and save
Add the rest the same way. Games in library shows the ones you have. Tap Save.

Publish the library
Tap Publish. If you'd rather check it first, tap Save as draft.

Save the Meeplay
Back on the form you'll see Library enabled. Tap Save.

Library ready!
The page now has the Game library button. If you don't see it after saving, leave the page and open it again.
