Where to see your organization's reviews

Check your organization's average rating and read the reviews people have left you.

Before you start

6 steps with screenshots of the app

People who come to your organization can leave a rating and a review. The average appears on your profile, and the reviews have their own section.

Have the Meeplay app installed and be logged in to your account.
Manage an organization on Meeplay. If you don't have one yet, follow the How to create your organization guide first.

In each screenshot, what you need to tap is outlined in yellow and pointed out with an arrow.

Switch to your organization's profile
On the home screen, tap the two arrows button to the right of your name.

Choose your organization
Under Select an organizer, tap your organization's name.

Open your organization's profile
On the dashboard, tap your organization's name at the top left.

See your rating
Next to your followers and members, the star shows your average rating and, in brackets, how many reviews you have. Scroll down the profile to read them.

Go to the reviews
Reviews shows the latest ones. To see them all, tap See all.

Read the reviews
All the reviews are here, with who wrote them and their rating.
