How to lend and return games as library staff

From the library panel, lend a game to someone with or without an account, and record returns.

Before you start

If you run a library, the panel has what you need: scan the QR code of whoever wants a game or do everything by hand.

Have the Meeplay app installed and be logged in to your account.
Manage an organization on Meeplay. If you don't have one yet, follow the How to create your organization guide first.
Have a flea market with items. If you don't have one yet, follow How to create a flea market in your Meeplay.

In each screenshot, what you need to tap is outlined in yellow and pointed out with an arrow.

Switch to your organization's profile
On the home screen, tap the two arrows button to the right of your name.

Choose your organization
Under Select an organizer, tap your organization's name.

Open the agenda
Tap the calendar on the bottom bar.

Open the Meeplay
In list view, tap the Meeplay that has the flea market.

Open the library
On the Meeplay page, tap Game library.

Choose what to do
Manual loan and Manual return work without a QR code; the scanner is at the top. Tap Manual loan.

Choose the game
Search for the game or scan its code and tap it.

Say who you are lending it to
Choose Meeplay member or External person, say who it is and check the duration. Tap Confirm loan.

Record the return
When it is returned, go to Manual return and choose the loan. Active loans appear here.
