How to approve flea market stalls

Review who wants to sell at your flea market, approve or reject each request and register people who don't use the app.

Before you start

10 steps with screenshots of the app

When someone asks for a stall, you receive a request. Once approved, that person gets their seller code and can register their games.

Have the Meeplay app installed and be logged in to your account.
Manage an organization on Meeplay. If you don't have one yet, follow the How to create your organization guide first.
Have a flea market with items. If you don't have one yet, follow How to create a flea market in your Meeplay.

In each screenshot, what you need to tap is outlined in yellow and pointed out with an arrow.

Switch to your organization's profile
On the home screen, tap the two arrows button to the right of your name.

Choose your organization
Under Select an organizer, tap your organization's name.

Open the agenda
Tap the calendar on the bottom bar.

Open the Meeplay
In list view, tap the Meeplay that has the flea market.

Open the flea market
On the page, tap Flea market.

Open the panel
Tap Management panel.

Review the requests
The panel tells you about pending requests. Tap Review.

Approve or reject
Tap Approve or Reject. If someone doesn't use the app, you can add them with Register seller.

Confirm
They will be given their seller code. Tap Approve.

Stall approved
They now have their seller code and can register their games.
