How to set up the flea market room

Create the flea market's zones, tables, shelving units and shelves so you know where each game is.

Before you start

If you define how the room is laid out, each game is linked to a place and it is easier to find when someone asks for it.

Have the Meeplay app installed and be logged in to your account.
Manage an organization on Meeplay. If you don't have one yet, follow the How to create your organization guide first.
Have a flea market with items. If you don't have one yet, follow How to create a flea market in your Meeplay.

In each screenshot, what you need to tap is outlined in yellow and pointed out with an arrow.

Switch to your organization's profile
On the home screen, tap the two arrows button to the right of your name.

Choose your organization
Under Select an organizer, tap your organization's name.

Open the agenda
Tap the calendar on the bottom bar.

Open the Meeplay
In list view, tap the Meeplay that has the flea market.

Open the flea market
On the page, tap Flea market.

Open the panel
Tap Management panel.

Open "Set up the room"
Tap Set up the room.

Add a location
Tap the + button at the bottom right.

Choose the type
Choose what it is: Zone, Shelving, Shelf, Table, Box or Other.

Give it a name and code
Enter the name and a code without hyphens. Tap Add.

It is in the room
Repeat with the rest. Inside a location you can create others, up to 4 levels. Their labels are printed from Labels & reports.
