What is Imperial
From the rulebook:
Europe in the age of imperialism. International investors try to achieve the greatest influence in Europe. With their bonds, they control the politics of the six imperial nations: Austria-Hungary, Italy, France, Great Britain, the German Empire, and Russia. The nations erect factories, build fleets, and deploy armies. The investors watch as their nations expand, wage wars, levy taxes, and collect the proceeds. Since the European nations are under the shifting influence of different investors, new strategic alliances and conflicts arise between them again and again!
Each player represents an international investor. Only he who succeeds in increasing his capital and gaining influence in the most powerful European nations will win the imperial competition.
Imperial is a varied strategy game without the luck of dice or cards. Two to six players, from about twelve years and up, take on the role of imperial investors. The duration of the game is about two to three hours.

Buen juego, apto para 6 personas. Mecánica de rondel que mezcla en un euro la economía con el conflicto de una manera soberbia. A eso añadir una temática que me encanta.

Muy buen juego, con reglas bastante sencillas, y bastantes posibilidades tácticas.
Muy original! Gran JUEGAZO ECONÓMICO, que parece militar pero es secundario esto. Eres un inversor, que controlas a los colores/paises, cuando tienes comprada la acción más alta de cada uno. Es original el no jugar con un color, si no controlar en esos momentos el color/es-pais/es donde tengas compradas sus acciones más altas. Como la vida real... :P Entre 3 y 6 jugadores funciona perfecto.
My favourite economic game. Difficult decisions, negotiations, war...and everything wery well mixed. Lots of interesting variants. A pesar de ser un juego de apariencia wargamera, se trata en realidad de un juego económico. Cada jugador "invierte" en diversas potencias. El que más ha invertido en una potencia, controla sus acciones. Conviene no tomar demasiado cariño a una potencia, porque lo habitual es que acabe cambiando de mano. Tiene una forma de escoger las acciones disponibles para realizar con las potencias muy original. Un disco dividido en sectores. Es de 2 a 6 jugadores. Lo he probado a 6, y puede que se haga algo largo (algo más de tres horas de juego). Está recomendado a 4, pero aún no lo he probado con ese
