What is Amazonia
Canopy is a game in which two players compete to grow the most bountiful rainforest. The jungle ecosystem is full of symbiosis and mutualism, and players must grow tall trees and lush jungle plants to attract the most diverse wildlife. By carefully selecting what grows in your forest, you can create the ideal balance of flora and fauna and develop a thriving rainforest.
In the game, players take turns selecting new cards for their forest from three growth piles. Each time you look at a pile, you may select it and add those cards to your rainforest tableau, or return the pile face down, adding one additional card to it. As the piles grow, you must search for the plants and animals that will benefit your forest the most — but choose carefully as the jungle also contains dangers in the form or fire, disease, and drought.
—description from the publisher
There are options for three and four players, together with a solo game. Also included is a addional deck of season variant cards.

1 to 4 players best for 2 players
Me parece mara
Good set collection game, with an AMAZING artwork. Our problem is that it lags behind other similar games by: - For a 2-player game, it takes up quite a bit of space on the table and contains too many tokens (for points maybe it was better to give a track?). - It has too much card movement for the simplicity of the game. - The push your luck is too light, and does not give us a sense of risk. - Because of the above, the decision capacity also falls short. - The abilities of the cards are not decisive in almost any context. For these reasons, it always ends up being behind 7 Wonders Duel

A nice and fast card game for 2 player. 4 player mode sometimes can get confusing.
Modo Solo 7, setup rápido/batir puntuación/IA Sencilla/repetitivo/partidas pocas
Canopy never disappoints! The base game is ok to get going on familiarizing with the core game mechanism and card effects. However, the game really takes off when you play it with all the advanced cards and the season deck. The game play is simple and engaging at every turn. We love the push-your-luck aspect produced by the decision of either letting a juice pile of cards behind or peeking what is awaiting for us in the next pile. After more than ten games latter, we have realised that this games demands you to create a balanced ecosystem which we just love. The artwork is gorgeous. Our table
