If you need details from the people signing up, such as their phone number or ID, the Meeplay can ask for them on a form. This guide asks for the phone number as a required detail.
Have the Meeplay app installed and be logged in to your account.
Have the links to your cancellation policy and terms and conditions ready: they are required as soon as you ask for any detail.

Switch to your organization's profile
On the home screen, tap the two arrows button to the right of your name.

Choose your organization
Under Select an organizer, tap your organization's name.

Open "New Meeplay"
Tap the + button at the bottom and then the New Meeplay icon.

Open "Registration requirements"
With the name set, scroll down and tap Registration requirements.

Choose a detail
Each button is a detail you can ask for. Tap Phone. Requires identity verification means you check each person's details by hand, and Add tier creates prices or conditions depending on the time or type of participant.

Decide whether it is required
Choose Not requested, Optional or Required. Repeat for each detail you want to ask for.

Add the links and save
Scroll to the end. If you ask for any detail or create tiers, you have to enter the links to your Cancellation policy and Terms and conditions. Then tap Save.

Finish and publish
Registration requirements stays on the form, in case you want to change it. Finish the Meeplay and publish it: anyone signing up will have to fill in those details.
