How to publish your publisher's new releases

Add your upcoming games with their date, price and countries so they appear on the new releases calendar.

Before you start

If you run a publisher, you can announce your upcoming games. They will appear on the new releases calendar and people can ask to be notified.

Have the Meeplay app installed and be logged in to your account.
Manage an organization on Meeplay. If you don't have one yet, follow the How to create your organization guide first.

In each screenshot, what you need to tap is outlined in yellow and pointed out with an arrow.

Switch to your organization's profile
On the home screen, tap the two arrows button to the right of your name.

Choose your organization
Under Select an organizer, tap your organization's name.

Go to settings
On your organization's profile, tap Settings.

Open your new releases
Tap My launches.

Create a new one
Here you can see your new releases, the upcoming ones and how many people are interested. Tap New launch.

Fill in its details
Upload the cover and enter the Game name and Release date. If the game is already in the catalogue, use Link a catalog game.
Step 7 of 7
Complete and publish
Scroll down to add the price, description, link and countries. Tap Publish launch. The Meeplay team will review it before publishing.
