You've built housing for humanity in neighborhoods and New Las Vegas. Now you need to save humanity through space colonization...
Welcome to the Moon uses the same flip-and-write game mechanisms as the earlier title Welcome To..., but now you can play in a campaign across eight adventure sheets. On a turn, you flip cards from three stacks to create three different combinations of a starship number and a corresponding action, then all players choose one of these three combinations. You use the number to fill a space in a zone on your adventure sheet in numerical order, and everyone is racing to be the first to complete common missions.
The eight adventure sheets feature very different mechanisms from the classic Welcome To... concept, and when you play in campaign mode, you'll make choices that change the next adventure, which means that each campaign will differ from the previous one.

Comprado a Yama el 14/04/2023 por 25€. El mismo día que estrené mi Cellulose en la Solera. Es un roll and write que contiene 8 escenarios diferentes y ademite de 1 a 6 jugadores. Lo había jugado sólo una vez hacía tiempo, pero me gustó bastante y ahora es mío!!! Lo tenía duplicado. Esta era la otra entrada, del 2022-09-04 Es un flip & write de la saga welcome to... el tercero y creo que definitivo. Incluye en la misma caja 8 juegos distintos, porque se incluye un modo de campaña en la que vas pasando por distintos escenarios y cada escenario es un juego diferente. Me encantó desde la primera
Siendo una mecánica simple, es muy picón. Poder añadir escenarios diferentes en cada misión le da un plus.

"Welcome To" was my first roll & write. I loved it and squeezed it out pretty quickly, mainly because there are "tutorials" on how to make the combinations more productive. Welcome To The Moon is like eight "Welcome To..." in one, evolving and with a very refined solitaire mode. It also contains the possibility of making a campaign with the 8 maps and special rules. It doesn't reinvent what was done in previous games, but it refreshes it enough in its different maps so that, if you liked the previous ones, this one is an essential purchase. Note: I love that they changed the paper for a wip
Don't really know how to feel Played at 2p and found it good enough. Played at 4p though and found it less funnier than 2p. (First scenario played) Marker pencils coming in the box reeeally suck! Get new ones instead Pretty thematic, that I can say. I guess that if you follow some logic you may build a good moon trip storyline. Even so, no tension felt nor emotions since interaction is missing It's a game that I would play with family and elders as it is pretty mathy but not that much to interfere with enjoyment Must give a couple of more plays to refresh the score
