Ra
Ra is an auction and set-collection game with an Ancient Egyptian theme. Each turn players are able to purchase lots of tiles with their bidding tiles (suns). Once a player has used up his or her suns, the other players continue until they do likewise, which may set up a situation with a single uncontested player bidding on tiles before the end of the round occurs. Tension builds because the round may end before all players have had a chance to win their three lots for the epoch. The various tiles either give immediate points, prevent negative points for not having certain types at the end of the round (epoch), or give points after the final round. The game lasts for three "epochs" (rounds). The game is easy to learn.

Auction game, not so light as it seems. I think it is very funny, and recommended for non gamers, but playing good is not so easy. Disaster tiles make a difference with respect to Razzia. Comoponents are really nice. EDIT 2026: The previous comment was made maybe 20 years ago, and it certainly does not reflect my thoughts nowadays. Ra is arguably one of the best auction games ever. It combines at perfection auction and set collection, running through 3 phases, with your set collection partially disappearing after each phase. Thus, you will constantly struggling to get new tiles to score.

Un juego de subastas muy interesante. Se van colocando losetas en un track. La subasta surge cuando alguien invoca a Ra o cuando sale una loseta determinada. Cuando eso sucede, cada jugador puede hacer SOLO UNA puja por el set completo. Las losetas se puntúan de diversas formas. Hay tres rondas.. y en cada ronda hay losetas que desaparecen.. Otras puntúan cuando acaba la partida. Está muy bien el juego. Para muchos, lo mejor que hizo knizia. Desde luego es un buen juego de subastas.
Posiblemente , de los mejores juegos de subastas que hay.
