In New York 1901, the players are building skyscrapers on a map of New York's Financial District. Players take location cards from a card's display and then use 2-3 of those location cards to place Tetris-shaped building tiles on the board. They first build bronze level buildings. Later in the game those buildings can be replaced by silver level and gold level buildings.

Grinch 2018 present. Gourgeous edition. Finally tested with 2 players. Family game with more meat than I thought. Positioning of your workers and buildings, and the order you follow with your buildings, all is important. The majorities in the three streets are worth 15 points, and the special person card gives an extra condition to follow. All in all, there are a few things to optimize here, everything packed under quite simple rules, and with beautiful aesthetics. Update 19/11/06: Played with 3 players, the game gets better, I think. a bit more fight in the majorities and the placement.
