Juego de construir una ciudad y amasar la mayor cantidad de dinero antes de que explote la burbuja inmobiliaria. El juego tiene una gran presencia en mesa y el tema está muy bien integrado. No obstante, para mi gusto se vuelve muy tedioso conforme avanza la partida (ir contando bonus) , el sistema de atraer inquilinos al principio puede ser muy castigador y am final el juego es bastante repetitivo y muy largo para lo que es.
Juego que viene a simular una burbuja inmobiliaria. Durante la partida, los jugadores van comprando terrernos y construyendo edifcios que pueden ser residenciales, comerciales, industriales o de oficinas... en cada turno además, hay una fase de "demanda" en el que los edificios son ocupados por habitantes que van a dar la rentabilidad al edificio. En cualquier momento se puede vender la propiedad. Durante el juego van saliendo cartas que hacen que el precio del suelo se vaya encareciento.
