Ladrillazo

Ladrillazo is a historical board game that takes you to the real estate bubble which took place in Spain on the first decade of the XXI Century. These were days of wine and roses: interpretation centers in every town, an airport in every city, 40-year mortgages, construction workers earning salaries like if they were Ministers, Olympic dreams, high-speed trains and golf resorts.

What is Ladrillazo

You'll play as the middleman, the one that tricks politicians and building companies into winning the citizen's favor and make some good profit out of some piece of land no one cares about.

Step by step, by speculating, you'll finally reach the upper echelons, will carry on monumental projects and your profit will grow more and more... Until the taxpayer's money runs out; then, the one who has been able to hide and park the bigger amount of their money in offshore tax havens, wins the game.

Ladrillazo includes more than 150 cards with real people and projects carefully documented which depict faithfully Spain during this time.

¿Que es mejor, bajarte una tierra o el aeropuerto de Castellón? XDD Una versión salida del Magic, con personajes lugares etc de Españistán de los últimos 30 años, algo mejorada en mecánica y mucho más en diversión jeje

Juego con muchísimo humor pero bastante flojo en mecánicas. El trabajo de investigación que hay detrás es brutal y si tienes conocimientos sobre la crisis inmobiliaria que hubo en España te vas a reír muchísimo. El juego tiene un toque de humor negro muy divertido. En cuanto a mecánicas usa un sistema parecido a magic para bajar las cartas y usar poderes. El principal problema es que el mazo cicla muy poco y a veces pasas turnos sin poder hacer prácticamente nada. Lo hemos probado a 6 y es una locura...mejor de 2-4 jugadores.
