Here I Stand: Wars of the Reformation 1517-1555 is the first game in over 25 years to cover the political and religious conflicts of early 16th Century Europe. Few realize that the greatest feats of Martin Luther, John Calvin, Ignatius of Loyola, Henry VIII, Charles V, Francis I, Suleiman the Magnificent, Ferdinand Magellan, Hernán Cortés, and Nicolaus Copernicus all fall within this narrow 40-year period of history. This game covers all the action of the period using a unique card-driven game system that models both the political and religious conflicts of the period on a single point-to-point map.

Un clásico de todos los tiempos, con mucho prestigio. Es uno de esos que se considera "de culo duro", porque son muchas horas de juego y las reglas son muy largas y con mucho detalle. Se ha jugado en muchas clbsk, pero hasta el 2024 yo no lo jugué... aunque recuerdo haber preparado el juego en varias ocasiones. El juego está bastante bien, pero da pereza, por lo que supone preparar una partida de estas. Demasiado esfuerzo recordando las reglas de cada bando. Está ambientado en la europa del siglo XVI, con el surgimiento del anglicanismo, y la reforma protestante, contrareforma, etc. Las luchas
Un multijugador largo sobre la Europa de la Reforma, englobando distintos aspectos políticos, religiosos y militares. Asimétrico y aparentemente interesante, pero el juego tiene un altísimo factor de suerte en casi todos los aspectos. Para un juego de 10 horas, esto lo hace ser un juego que no volveré a jugar. Le di una segunda oportunidad, y fue a peor la sensación.
