In the fast and goofy family game Galaxy Trucker, players begin by simultaneously rummaging through the common warehouse, frantically trying to grab the most useful component tiles to build their spaceship — all in real-time.
Once the ships are launched, players encounter dangerous situations while vying for financial opportunities, each hoping to gain the most valuable cargo and finish with as much of their ship still intact as possible. Of course, that's easier said than done since many hazards will send pieces of your ship, your cargo, and your crew hurling into the depths of space.
The goal is to survive the trek — hopefully with at least some of your crew and ship intact — and have at least one credit by the end of the game. (Profit, yay!) Players earn credits by delivering goods, defeating pirates, having the best-looking ship, and reaching their destination before the others.
This version of Galaxy Trucker is a relaunch of the original 2007 release by Vlaada Chvátil that features new art, more ship tiles, tweaked card effects, and streamlined gameplay that consists of only a single flight through space. That said, should you want a longer, more challenging experience, you can play a three-flight game known as the "Transgalactic Trek".

Un juego super divertido, frenético y con una buena dosis de azar que te hará reír y disfrutar cada vez que lo saques a la mesa. El juego se divide en dos fases: la más divertida de las dos es la primera donde debes montar tu nave a toda prisa cogiendo losetas de una reserva común intentando que las piezas encajen. La segunda debes echar a volar la nave (o la bicicleta a pedales) que has logado ensamblar robando cartas de un mazo común que afectan a todos los integrantes de la partida y que ponen a prueba vuestra nave enfrentándoos a contrabandistas interestelares, poniendo anillos de asteroi
Lo conocí por la aplicación y no pude dejar de pensar en jugarlo en físico, es un juego muy único, muy peculiar y muy divertido, la primera parte es la más interesante con el armado de naves, la segunda parte, es una ligera una "bajada" de emoción, siento que hace falta más cartas desafiantes en el juego base, por lo cual estoy viendo la posibilidad de poder hacer cartas como las que salen en la campaña de la aplicación que tienen un nivel de dificultad más interesante.

Esp) Galaxy Trucker es un buen juego de aventuras espaciales que conjuga muy bien mecánicas típicas de juegos de corte "Euro" con algunos componentes más "Temáticos". Desde el momento que abrís la caja e interactuás con la cantidad (y calidad) de cosas que trae el juego, sabes que vas a transitar por una experiencia lúdica muy satisfactoria. De momento - y luego de sólo 3 partidas - mi valoración es de 7.5 pero no descarto que suba. Espero jugarlo con las cartas y los tableros de nivel III para ver cómo funciona el juego en su mayor potencial. Muy recomendable.
