What is Crisis: Renewable Energy Modules

At the end of the evaluation phase the renewable energy module tile is given to the player with the least VP. If both tiles are in the game, they are given to the players with the least and second least VP. If there is a tie for least VP, the tile is given to the tied player who is last in turn order.

During 4.13 Production any players with a renewable energy module tile can place it on any one of their activated company that has energy as an input resource.

The tile covers all energy needs of that company for that production round, regardless of how many energy resources are needed.
