The Abyss power is once again vacant, so the time has come to get your hands on the throne and its privileges. Use all of your cunning to win or buy votes in the Council. Abyss is a game of development, combination and collection in which players try to take control of strategic locations in an underwater city. To achieve this, players must develop on three levels: first by collecting allies, then using them to recruit Lords of the Abyss, who will then grant access to different parts of the city. Players acquire cards through a draft of sorts, and the Lords of the Abyss acquired on those cards grant special powers to the cardholder — but once you use the cards to acquire a location, that power is shut off, so players need to time their land grabs well in order to put themselves in the best position for when the game ends.

juego muy entretenido, el arte de las cartas es brutal.
Juego en el que somos los señores del fondo del océano, muy chulas sus ilustraciones y muy entretenido, en el que debemos elegir bien a nuestros lords y seguidores que son los que nos puntuaran bastante al final de la partida. Un poco menos importante es la lucha contra los monstruos de las profundidades. Muy buen juego
Over the time I've learnt to appreciate more designs like this one, fun medium-light weight games with engaging gameplay and a core concept or idea that the game runs through all its mechanics. In Abyss, everything revolves around 'the more I do, the more I benefit my rivals'. Every part of the game plays with this concept. Is a very well though kind of push your luck that doesn't rely on the risk of 'busting' if you push too much, but on the risk of giving to your oponents better options. Quite clever. Production is top notch and the art is spectacular. However it has two major flaws: the
