1936: Guerra Civil
1936 Guerra Civil (1936 civil war) is a card game in which each player plays one of the sides in the conflict, either the Republic or the Nationalists. A player must design his deck from the cards available for his side (a pool of over one hundred), with a minimum selection of 36 of them. Besides the cards belonging to one of the two sides, there are cards representing political and military objectives, for which the sides fight. Each objective gives victory points to the player who wins them. Victory can be achieved by military victory points, by political victory points, by a combination of the two of them or by the demoralization of the enemy.

The game is for two players, although some possible variants for four players are also provided.
There are different types of cards: objectives (political or military), characters, military units and management cards. Each side is made up of factions (ten factions for the Republic and eight factions for the Nationalists). A side may also benefit from having appointed a leader if certain conditions are met.
All cards have images from public Spanish archives and contain detailed historical information.

Pierde interés con las partidas
Un juego ambientado en la Guerra Civil Española que usa un motor de cartas no coleccionables que recuerda a Magic. Las cartas contienen fotografías de archivo histórico que le añaden trasfondo y tema, a pesar de tener unas mecánicas un tanto abstractas (por ejemplo: no hay mapa y los objetivos son los mismos en ambos bandos). Aún así hay mecánicas que me gustan: como el combate, la gestión de las reservas/frente de combate y la expansión de aviación. PROS: Cientos de formas de personalizar tu mazo antendiendo a tu estilo de juego y/o el del contrario. Ampliaciones P&P disponibles en Artscow. R
Juego de cartas curioso y muy bien documentado, con ilustraciones de fotos reales de archivo comentadas. Para 2 jugadores, con variante para 4. Ambientado en la guerra civil, de autoproducción y edición limitada a 1936 unidades. 252 cartas. Comparte una cierta similitud con juegos del tipo Magic. El autor Arturo Garcia, estuvo explicándomelo con todo detalle en Jestas 2013, impresionante su labor divulgativa del juego, y con todo lo serio que parece, es todo un personaje muy majo y divertido xD Tengo ganas de probar mejor el juego con alguien que también le guste el tema histórico, porque qui
