Meeplays near you: how to turn on alerts for your area
Have the Meeplay app let you know when a meetup is created near you, and choose how far away.

Meeplay can let you know when someone creates a Meeplay near you. You decide how far away, based on the location on your profile.
- Have the Meeplay app installed and be logged in to your account.
- Have an address on your profile: you add it in How to edit your profile, under Main location.
In each screenshot, what you need to tap is outlined in yellow and pointed out with an arrow.

Open your profile
On the home screen, tap your name at the top left.

Go to "Settings"
Tap Settings.

Open "Notification settings"
Tap Notification settings.

Turn on the alerts and choose the distance
Scroll down to Meeplays near you and leave its switch on. Below it, move the bar or type the number to choose the maximum distance, in kilometres.
