This is expansion came withWhite Dwarf issue 195. It consists of three new event cards, a new dungeon tile (with associated card), three adventures using this tile, 6 warpstone counters, new special rules for various different Skaven enemies and rules for including Skaven in the roleplay rules.

The rumours are that there was originally planned to be a third boxed expansion for Warhammer Quest, focusing on Skaven in much the same way that the previous two expansions had focused on greenskins and the undead. This is what made it into the public domain after a change of plan by Games Workshop.
