Sword & Shield is a tactical game of fantasy combat for 2 or more players. Using playing cards, figures, and a chess or checkers board you can fight out gritty fantasy battles.
The heart of the system lies in using a standard deck of 54 cards. These govern your ability to move and fight. Your ability to play the cards to your advantage will determine victory more so than simple luck of the draw.
Sword & Shield combines card drawing, tactical card play, and fantasy miniatures maneuvering into a simple 2 pages of rules!
This first release contains: Humans, Elves, Dwarves, Orcs Goblins, Giant Spiders, Skeletons, Zombies, Lizardmen and the dreaded Cthull all await your presence in the arena!
