This supplement extends the Stratégiké rules with rules for a few new troop types, mostly fantasy but including a couple additional historical ones, as well as with troops of "exceptional" quality, which means they're excepted from normal rules in some way. For example, exceptional Chevaliers, representing cataphracts, count as of superior, ordinary, or inferior quality depending on what troop-type they're fighting.
