SOLKRIG: Wojna o Układ Słoneczny ("SOLKRIG - War for the solar system") is a game about a brutal war for dominance, power and resources in a politically divided Solar System!

Every turn players draw cards into their hand, cards which have special abilities, but which are also currency to develop the scope of their faction (through the technology tree and the abilities derived from the players' boards). Among these cards are also technology cards which, when played, allow new actions to be discovered. Each turn, players also send out their workers to carry out various tasks (e.g. extracting natural resources and energy, building military units, carrying out research, etc.). The main part of the game takes place on a board consisting of 17 rocky worlds in the Solar System, which are controlled by 5 factions, with the players at the helm. The aim of the game is to gain dominance in the Solar System, scoring points by creating new outposts and taking over more areas, building citadels, military units, winning battles with other players, carrying out research, etc. The game ends when players have fulfilled a certain proportion of the requirements on the end-of-game conditions list.
