Use the new board instead of the standard one (regardless of which version of Tokyo Monsters you play).

For all game effects, KATOWICE replaces the City Center and GLIWICE replaces the Bay. When a Player leaves KATOWICE or GLIWICE, instead of placing their Monster pawn in front of them, they place it on any of the Suburb spaces on that board.

If there was already a Monster pawn there, its owner places it in front of himself and gets +1. heart
