Players will need to seize control of every situation, in order to win the day with dash and swagger.
The rules use a no-dice mechanism, aiming to bring the fun and suspense back into wargaming. They are designed to allow large games with lots of commands and are suitable for multi-player games for an evening, or longer.
Kämpfe in Reihen aims to give a feel for the period and the way command and control worked in the century, where looks and righteousness were as much a part of battle as good training and armaments. They make no claim to be overly historically accurate.
