About the game

What is Jabberwacky

A game for two teams. The teams take turns forming a word chain. Words are recorded into the electronic unit before the time runs out. Points are scored for the team having the last word in a chain. The words are then played back in reverse order and the teams are given opportunities to recall the preceding words for extra points.

Recording the words in wacky ways is encouraged, to add humor to the game. Rules on word-linking are lenient, and players can challenge words, but risk points doing so.

An example word chain: Game…Play…Stage…Coach…Football…Sport…Poor…Rich…Aristocratic…Hereditary nobility…etc.
