City of Steel recreates 1942-1943 battles both in and outside the city of Stalingrad.
Compatible with the Advanced Squad Leader game system, CoS utilizes two excellent maps: Valor of the Guards (VotG) and Red October to depict the fighting inside the city (7 scenarios), while 3 additional scenarios portray Operations Little Saturn, Uranus and Winter Storm (the attempt to relieve Stalingrad).
Finally, these scenarios can be played individually or as a "mini-campaign" in which each side accumulates victory points for both wins and achievements.
