What is Get Some!: Fantasy Warfare – Blankeship Fusiliers

Fusilier Regiments are built around a strong corps of massed musket fire. Each Company fires and fights as a solid cohesive body. They are drilled to fire by ranks in order to keep up a withering hail of gunfire into an advancing enemy or as a solid mass to break up an enemy charge.

They are a lightly armoured army and rely on their ranged attacks to pin down the enemy and wittle down their numbers before recieving the charge with a hedge of bayonets or counter-attacking a wavering foe. They bring heavy firepower to the table as well as a diverse range of cavalry and some light melee troops but may suffer when presses by large or terrifying monsters and monsterous infantry. The BattleMage and WarMage help mitigate some of their weaknesses but can be overwhelmed by a numerically superior force able to accept casualties or posessing weaker but more numerous mages of their own.
