What is Cada Gota Cuenta
Developed in collaboration with CRA LENA and the Asturias Water Consortium (Cadasa).
In Cada Gota Cuenta, you become a visionary leader seeking to balance development and sustainability. Over the course of 9 rounds, each representing a year of management, your mission is to improve the infrastructure of your territory. Your goal is to maximize your citizens’ satisfaction through the efficient management of essential resources such as electricity and water, while maintaining a strong commitment to environmental conservation.
To achieve this, you will build water and energy infrastructures, and then activate them to generate water and electricity resources. These resources can then be used to activate leisure infrastructures that increase population satisfaction (VP). The game reflects the delicate balance of these resources, which depend not only on weather conditions or political situations—represented by dice and events—but whose use can also have negative impacts on the environment.
On your turn, you may draw cards of different infrastructure types, build infrastructures by paying cards, activate infrastructures by paying their cost, obtain resources that you can store or use to activate other infrastructures, gain or lose satisfaction and/or conservation points, and carry out water purification or discharge processes.
