What is BANG! Dodge City with High Noon expansion

BANG! Dodge City contains two decks of new BANG! cards, introducing new characters and new cards to shuffle together with the original deck. Moreover, it is possible to accommodate eight players: there are two Renegades in town!

BANG! High Noon is 13 cards: shuffle them and put the one called "High Noon" at the bottom. Each turn the Sheriff reveals a new High Noon card which every player must obey for the entire turn.
