Ascending Empires is sure to sate the desire for a space empire building game that plays simply yet deeply.
The last survivors of the Human race have fled to a new galaxy in fear of annihilation at the hands of an unstoppable enemy. Now, having discovered the ruins of four long dead civilizations spread across the stars, the race to develop technology based on the alien relics has begun. Humans will once again ascend to the stars to claim the galaxy.
Players will colonize new worlds by building colonies, cities, and research facilities. They will develop new Technologies, and build up fleets of Starships. Ascending Empires is a fast paced game that utilizes a dexterity based Starship movement and combat system, and allows for many different strategies to be explored.

Fantástico juego de gestión espacial con mecánica, entre otras, de las chapas! Usa tu destreza para mover a tus naves, colonizar, atacar y gestiona tus avances y mejoras como un euro. Muy original y sobretodo muy muy divertido! Probado con todo tipo de jugadores, hay que advertir que lleva a piques severos xD. Como crítica, pues que los turnos se vuelven muy repetitivos... una sensación más de la media, y que si no te gusta esa mecánica y el caos que genera... Pero a mi me resulta diferente, y risas aseguradas :) Hay que cuidar el tablero, si se desgarran los bordes de las piezas de puzzle com

Un híbrido raro, mal por el tablero modular, que se te puede mover. Un juego de gestión y de destreza, la parte de gestión no me gustó, demasiado enfocado a las tecnologías, y la parte de destreza... la verdad que para eso le doy al Crokinole.
