What is 7 Wonders: The Great Wall

7 Wonders: Great Wall – first available through the 7 Wonders: Wonder Pack, and now available on its own – is a wonder that can be used with the 7 Wonders base game in order for players to have more choices of wonders available to them.

This is an updated version of the Great Wall wonder, designed to match the artwork found in 7 Wonders: 2nd Edition (printed from 2020 onwards), but is backwards compatible with the first edition of the game.

Although this version is visually updated to match the second edition, the rulebook from the original Wonder Pack is still the best guide to learn the rules for this promo wonder.

Unlike others wonders that need to be constructed from the first level upwards, the owner of the Great Wall can build the stages of this wonder in any order (since the wall is, of course, a long horizontal wonder and not a primarily vertical one)
