What is 1822 Scotland Medium Regional and North Regional scenario board set

Players take the part of investors in Railway companies and then operate the companies to maximise their own wealth.

The basic rules of 1822 is used with just some small changes. The setup is different, removing some privates, minors, majors and tiles, which results in a slightly shorter game.
