The WAKOUWA-Apparat is a device where the entire game board beneath a glass pane is shifted by turning the wheel, while the playing pieces remain stationary on the glass pane. When the wheel stops, all, or at least a larger or smaller portion of the pieces, are positioned on different images on the game board. This creates a completely new game situation for the players with each turn of the wheel.
