What is Starmada: Admiral's Handbook

Starmada is a tabletop game of starship combat. At its most basic level, players take command of space fleets in a general attempt to reduce each other to just so much space junk. At its most advanced, the game can breathe life into any science fiction background players might imagine.

The Admiral's Handbook is a supplement for the Universal Game of Starship Combat, expanding your battles to a whole new scale. This book is full of new rules, weapon traits, and starship systems to further build out the Starmada game. In addition, this product includes not one, but two complete games: Fleet Ops and The Sovereign Stars.

Following this, rules are provided to integrate with the Victory by Any Means strategic game. Finally, the universe is expanded by the addition of two more fleets to pit against the Imperial Starmada: the proud Kinslaugh Clans and the inscrutably alien F’toi.

The Admiral's Handbook is not a stand-alone product; to make full use of its contents you will need a copy of the Core Rulebook (MJG‑0160). The items required to play the game are described on pp.3‑5 of that book. Some portions of this product build upon concepts introduced in the Captain's Companion (MJG‑0161).
