Each player starts with a deck scientists and politicians, and then starts to build their countries arsenal. At this same time your opponent begins to do the same. Then tensions begin to rise as each player builds their arsenals. Can you stop the world from falling into chaos and destroying itself, or have you built a arsenal powerful enough to destroy your opponent while still surviving. Does the nuclear fallout and war just end everything, only the players can decide these outcomes?
