What is Purring Hearth

Purring Hearth is a cozy 1–4 player dice and bag-building game set in a charming woodland tavern run by the Catmother and her lively kitten helpers. Guests arrive with whimsical, specific requests, and your job is to assign the right kittens (represented by dice) to meet their expectations. Some guests seek perfect pairs, others prefer playful randomness or poetic symmetry — and each kitten has their own quirks.

You'll upgrade staff, serve guests across six thematic roles, unlock tavern expansions, and discover your own path to success. Focus on wealth, specialization, wide growth or deep mastery — Purring Hearth offers multiple strategies and rewards creative play. Every game tells a slightly different story of furry hospitality.

A free print-and-play version will be available to download, intended to share the game with players and gather feedback from the community. Publishers are welcome: the final version can be adapted and developed further for professional release.
