The period covers the Revolutionary and Napoleonic wars at sea and the rules have a complete list of ships available for play of different nations: Spain, Great Britain, France, Portugal, the Ottoman Empire, Russia, Sweden, Holland...
Also includes turns and fire templates for cut and use with the ships.
