What is Over-Tourism Kyoto

The challenge is to find a way to enjoy your Kyoto experience without running into the chaos of overcrowded tourist hotspots. Can you strike the perfect balance?
In each round, players will choose 1 card from their hand and simultaneously play it face up in front of them.
Whether to use the front or back side of the card is crucial. If two players play cards with the same color, over-tourism occurs.
After 8 rounds, players will have a row of 8 cards, and scoring will begin. The player with the highest score wins.
