The 18 grey character cards (the 9 old ones and the 9 new ones) are sorted by the letter on their back to form 3 stacks of 6 cards. Those 3 stacks are shuffled independently. Then play the game as usual.
This expansion has not been released separately, but can be found in the Treasure Chest.
