A brigade scale game that uses regiment counters, as opposed to generic line markers, to spread the brigade over multiple hexes according to it's size. Ranged artillery fire, cavalry charges, command and control, all in under 10 pages of rules. Game files aids include Rules, Player-aid card with CRT and other charts and tables; Eliminated Units card, Order of Arrival card, and with 480 counters.
The Battle Book includes four Scenarios; Fox's Gap, Turner's Gap, Crampton's Gap, a the full campaign of all three battles; an initial strength chart, and a terrain effects chart specific to South Mountain.
The map measures 30" x 48" at a scale of 250 yard per 3/4" hex and 100 feet per level of elevation with 480 counters.
