Hell & Uncivil Disorder is a set of miniature wargame rules for Brushfire Wars and "Magic" in the 20th Century (there is also a Science Fiction option because Jim Webster is "happily confident our descendants will be as incompetent as we are").
The rules are suitable for use with a variety of figure scales (including a 1/300 variant) with a ground scale of approximately 20 yards to the inch.
The rules are intended for conflicts where first world forces are fighting third world forces and hence treats technology as magic (as per the well know Arthur C Clarke quotation) but may be used for any modern conflict.
