The Raptors who hunt as if with a shared brain, are the most formidable foes for these contestants. Their speed is blinding and many consider them the real stars of the show. As long as the Raptors stay together, not even highly trained soldiers stand a chance. Some contestants join the event to end the games for good, by clearing the island of every Raptor - several have tried but no one has succeeded.
