What is Farmzle

Farmzle is a fast-paced puzzle game where players become farmers racing to build fenced fields and capture wandering cows. Each card represents a piece of farmland with partial fences and cows inside. By arranging their cards cleverly, players try to complete enclosed pens where cows can be safely counted. Every round, new customer orders appear in the market showing the exact number of cows needed.

At the signal, all players simultaneously flip their cards to the farm side and quickly arrange them into a 2×2 grid. Cards may be rotated and repositioned as players try to create closed fences. A cow only counts if it is fully enclosed by connecting fence segments from adjacent cards. Once a player finds a configuration that captures exactly the number of cows shown on an order card, they immediately claim it before other players do.

Winning an order not only earns money but also changes the player’s set of cards. One of the farm cards used that round becomes money, while the newly won order card joins the player’s personal card pool for future rounds. This evolving card set gradually changes the puzzle possibilities for each player.

The game ends when a player collects five order cards. Players then total the money values on their order cards, and the farmer with the highest amount wins. Fast thinking, spatial reasoning, and sharp observation are the keys to building the perfect farm and capturing cows before anyone else.
