All you seek is the favor of the Elder. There is no time to be lost. Use everything you can. Exploit the believers, offer offerings, pray earnestly, and one day, go to the Elder's knee and offer yourself to him!
The Elder may give you something unconsciously, but don't get too close. Your body will not be able to hold it. If you are going to approach, be prepared.
