Ejército Popular

The players have the role of a republican agent during the Spanish civil war. Their objective is to buy arms in the black market or in the USSR to form new Battalions for the Popular Army. The behaviour of the battalions in combat and the achievement of our agent give us Victory Points. The game is divided in Battles and each battle has several turns.

About the game

What is Ejército Popular

There are 'Help' cards that are useful to manage your objectives or interfere with the other players activity.

Each player receives several Action Points, Negotiation Points, Money and Two help cards at the start of each Battle.

The battle can be 4 or 5 turns long so during that turns the players have to move their agent through the board spending their Points and money in the different boxes of the board in order to get arms, conscripts and uniforms for assembling a battalion or to send weapons to the High Command (demanded in the Battle card). Doing this gives Victory Points. At the end of the last Battle Card the player with more Victory Points win the game.
