Definitions\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fb>\u003C\u002Fh4>\u003Cp>For the purposes of these Conditions:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul>\u003Cli> \u003Cstrong>Meeplay\u003C\u002Fstrong>: digital platform operated by Meeplay APP SL, with address in Spain.\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> \u003Cstrong>User\u003C\u002Fstrong>: natural person who uses the platform.\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> \u003Cstrong>Organizer\u003C\u002Fstrong>: natural or legal person who publishes activities, events or bookings on the platform.\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> \u003Cstrong>Platform\u003C\u002Fstrong>: Meeplay web and mobile application.\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> \u003Cstrong>Services\u003C\u002Fstrong>: activities offered by Organizers (bookings, tournaments, events, etc.).\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> \u003Cstrong>Stripe\u003C\u002Fstrong>: payment services provider used by Meeplay.\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Ch4>\u003Cb>2. Purpose\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fb>\u003C\u002Fh4>\u003Cp>These Conditions govern:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul>\u003Cli> access to and use of the Meeplay platform\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> the relationships between Users, Organizers and Meeplay\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> the operation of payments and bookings\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cp>Use of the platform implies full acceptance of these conditions.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cb>3. Nature of the platform\u003C\u002Fb>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Meeplay acts exclusively as: \u003Cstrong>a technological intermediation platform between Users and Organizers.\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch6>\u003Cb>3.1. Contractual relationship\u003C\u002Fb>\u003C\u002Fh6>\u003Ch6>The service provision contract is entered into \u003Cstrong>directly between the User and the Organizer\u003C\u002Fstrong>.\u003C\u002Fh6>\u003Ch6>Meeplay \u003Cstrong>is not the service provider and does not act as a seller\u003C\u002Fstrong>.\u003C\u002Fh6>\u003Ch6>\u003Cb>3.2. Scope of Meeplay\u003C\u002Fb>\u003C\u002Fh6>\u003Cp>Meeplay:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul>\u003Cli> facilitates the publication of activities\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> enables the management of bookings\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> enables payment processing\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cp>Meeplay \u003Cstrong>does not guarantee\u003C\u002Fstrong>:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul>\u003Cli> the quality of the service\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> actual availability\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> correct performance by the Organizer\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Ch6>\u003Cb>4. User account\u003C\u002Fb>\u003C\u002Fh6>\u003Cp>The User undertakes to:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul>\u003Cli> provide truthful information\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> keep their account confidential\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> use the platform in accordance with the law\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cp>\u003Cb>5. Organizer account\u003C\u002Fb>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>To operate on the platform, the Organizer must:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul>\u003Cli> register correctly\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> complete Stripe Connect onboarding\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> accept the Stripe terms\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cp>Meeplay may suspend accounts in the event of:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul>\u003Cli> false data\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> legal non-compliance\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> rejection by Stripe\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Ch4>\u003Cb>6. Payments on the platform (Stripe Connect)\u003C\u002Fb>\u003C\u002Fh4>\u003Cp>6.1. Nature of the payment\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>For bookings, events and registrations:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul>\u003Cli> The User pays the Organizer directly\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> The payment is processed through Stripe\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> Meeplay does not hold the funds\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cp>Use implies acceptance of: \u003Ca rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_new\" href=\"https:\u002F\u002Fstripe.com\u002Flegal\">https:\u002F\u002Fstripe.com\u002Flegal\u003C\u002Fa>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>6.2. Commissions\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Meeplay applies a commission of:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cblockquote>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>3% on the gross amount of each transaction\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fblockquote>\u003Cp>Features:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul>\u003Cli> it is deducted automatically at payment\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> it is managed via Stripe\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> it is settled at the same time\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cp>6.3. Stripe commissions\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>They are borne by the Organizer. Meeplay does not control such fees.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>6.4. VAT and invoicing\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>The Organizer is solely responsible for:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul>\u003Cli> determining the applicable VAT\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> issuing an invoice to the User\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> complying with their tax obligations\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cp>Meeplay does not issue the invoice for the service.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>6.5. Meeplay invoicing\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Meeplay will issue to the Organizer on a monthly basis:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul>\u003Cli> an invoice for the commissions\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cp>Such invoice:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul>\u003Cli> will be informative\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> will be considered automatically paid\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cp>6.6. Manual payments\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>The Organizer may record payments outside the platform:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul>\u003Cli> cash\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> bank transfer\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> invitations\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cp>In these cases:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul>\u003Cli> Meeplay does not take part\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> Meeplay does not charge a commission\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> all responsibility lies with the Organizer\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cp>\u003Cb>7. Direct payments to Meeplay\u003C\u002Fb>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>7.1. Subscriptions\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Meeplay may offer paid plans to Organizers:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul>\u003Cli> automatic renewal\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> charging via Stripe\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cp>The Organizer may cancel before renewal.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>7.2. Donations\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Users may make voluntary donations to Meeplay.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul>\u003Cli> they do not constitute consideration\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> they do not generate additional rights\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cp>Policy:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cblockquote>\u003Cp>non-refundable except in the event of a technical error\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fblockquote>\u003Ch4>\u003Cb>8. Refunds and cancellations\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fb>\u003C\u002Fh4>\u003Ch5>8.1 Services\u003C\u002Fh5>\u003Cp>Refund conditions are defined by the Organizer.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Meeplay acts as a technical facilitator.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch5>8.2 Refunds\u003C\u002Fh5>\u003Cul>\u003Cli> may be total or partial\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> are made through the same payment method\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Ch5>8.3 Commissions\u003C\u002Fh5>\u003Cul>\u003Cli> the Meeplay commission will be adjusted proportionally\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Ch5>8.4 Stripe commissions\u003C\u002Fh5>\u003Cul>\u003Cli> may not be refundable\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> the cost is borne by the Organizer\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Ch5>8.5 Cancellations\u003C\u002Fh5>\u003Cul>\u003Cli> confirmed payments → require a refund\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> unconfirmed payments → cancellation at no charge\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> manual payments → outside the platform\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Ch4>9. Disputes and chargebacks\u003C\u002Fh4>\u003Cul>\u003Cli> The Organizer is responsible for the service\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> Stripe manages disputes\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cp>Meeplay may:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul>\u003Cli> notify the Organizer\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> pass on associated costs\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Ch4>10. Data protection\u003C\u002Fh4>\u003Ch5>Roles:\u003C\u002Fh5>\u003Cul>\u003Cli> Meeplay → data controller\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> Stripe → data processor\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> Organizer → independent controller\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cp>Meeplay does not store card data.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch4>11. Limitation of liability\u003C\u002Fh4>\u003Cp>Meeplay will not be liable for:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul>\u003Cli> performance of the service\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> cancellations\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> damages arising from use of the service\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cp>Its liability is limited to correct technical operation.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch4>12. Modifications\u003C\u002Fh4>\u003Cp>Meeplay may modify these conditions with:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cblockquote>\u003Cp>a minimum notice of 15 days\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fblockquote>\u003Ch4>13. Suspension and termination\u003C\u002Fh4>\u003Cp>Meeplay may suspend accounts for:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul>\u003Cli> fraud\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> non-compliance\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> KYC rejection\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> repeated disputes\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Ch4>14. Applicable law\u003C\u002Fh4>\u003Cp>Meeplay–Organizer relationship: Spanish law\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Organizer–User relationship: will depend on the organizer.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>These terms are subject to Spanish law.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>The parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, unless the applicable consumer protection regulations provide for another jurisdiction.\u003C\u002Fp>",[],true]
